Wedding Terms and Conditions
- We regret dates cannot be held open unless deposits and final balances are received by the due dates as shown in confirmation of booking letters.
- Deposit payments are non returnable, as we have set aside that date for your event, unless we are able to fill the date with an alternative booking.
- £150 deposit required at time of booking. Your deposit secures the date of your event. Attendance at your event is guaranteed upon receipt of the final balance due. The customer is liable for the full amount of the package ordered from 12 weeks before the date of the event. If the event is cancelled, the customer will not be liable for the full amount if we are able to fill the date with an alternative booking. The full balance is payable 28 days before the event.
- Proofs are provided on a proof DVD and in your own password protected web gallery.
- Copyright remains the property of YouNique Photos.
- Albums and Wedding Books are subject to manufacturers' availability & may therefore be subject to change or variation.
- Prices quoted are guaranteed to you until 12 weeks after your wedding.
- Images on CD are provided at A5 size for all packages & can be printed at home for personal use.
- Images for the DVD slideshow are standard VCH quality for all packages. DVD's are playable on your TV through a CD-R/DVD-R compatible player.
- While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs, YouNique Photos entire liability for claim, loss or injury is limited to the value of the contract. Due to the fact that weddings are uncontrolled events, we cannot guarantee any specific photograph pose. We will however attempt to honour any special requests.
- YouNique Photos shall be granted artistic licence in relation to all photography and the photographer's judgement shall be deemed correct. Due to the vagaries of weather and willingness of subjects, it may not be possible to capture all images requested.
- YouNique Photos reserve the right to vary Terms and Conditions. Up to date Terms and Conditions are available for reference at all times on our website.
